What you’ll receive:
- 4 Live one hour coaching sessions where you will learn techniques and skills to support you
- Private Facebook Group to build community and get your questions answered
- Training on how to ustilize The Mindful Minute and the ABC’s
- Techniques to practice the skills you learn so they become automatic responses
- Visualizations to tap into feelings and bring that emotional connection
The sessions will be every Thursday evening for 4 weeks starting on May 4th at 7pm EDT.
