Wow, I get lots done!

I've started saying that to myself on the days when I don't necessarily feel like I'm getting lots done... it's fun and empowering to see thoughts shifting as I change my mindset. The insights can be quite startling - the "to-do" mind can certainly get carried away with the doing rather than the being. Gently coming back is an exercise in mindfulness that really works and is very empowering. So off I go now, getting lots done and feeling really great about it.
